By accessing jljll's website or app and using any of our services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions in full. jljll is not obligated to provide any service to users who do not comply.

• These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between jljll and the user.
• These terms are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.
• jljll reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or in-app notification.
• It is your own responsibility to ensure that online betting is legal in your area.

To create an account on jljll, the following conditions must be met. Providing false information during registration is strictly prohibited.

• You must be at least 18 years old. Age is verified during KYC using the date of birth on your NID.
• Each individual may hold only one account. Multiple accounts under the same NID are not permitted.
• The name, mobile number, and email provided during registration must be genuine.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. jljll is not liable for any unauthorised access to your account.
• jljll staff will never ask for your password over the phone or via message.

Once a bet is confirmed on jljll, it cannot be cancelled — unless a technical error on jljll's part has occurred.

• Your account must have sufficient balance at the time of placing a bet.
• Any pre-match bet placed after a match has already started will be considered void and your balance will be refunded.
• In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• If a match is abandoned before reaching half-time, the bet will be voided and your stake returned to your balance.
• If jljll publishes incorrect odds, we reserve the right to review and void the affected bets.
• In an Accumulator or Parlay bet, if any single match is cancelled, that match's odds will be set to 1.00 and the remaining calculation will proceed accordingly.

All payment transactions on jljll are secure and transparent. Please follow the guidelines below.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum limit, though larger deposits may require additional verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. KYC-verified accounts may withdraw up to ৳50,000 per day.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• The name on your payment method must match the name on your account. Payments made under a different name may be rejected.
• A Wagering Requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• jljll complies with anti-money laundering policies and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.

• Each bonus offer comes with its own terms, including Wagering Requirements, expiry period, and game restrictions.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• A maximum bet limit applies when using bonus funds — typically ৳500 or 10% of the total bonus, whichever is lower.

• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

• Participation in match fixing or any form of fraud is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software is strictly prohibited.
• Arbitrage betting (placing opposing bets across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit) is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to cyberattack or hack the jljll system is strictly prohibited.
• Opening or managing an account using someone else's identity is strictly prohibited.
• Abusive or obscene language when contacting Customer Support is strictly prohibited.

• jljll reserves the right to suspend an account immediately upon evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• Any valid balance in a suspended account will be returned once the investigation is complete.
• If fraud is proven, the entire account balance may be forfeited.
• If you'd like to close your account, simply reach out to customer support and they'll take care of it.

Jljll believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction. That's why we provide the following tools.

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at your convenience.
• Option to temporarily suspend your account for a set period (cooling-off).
• Long-term self-exclusion — from 6 months up to permanent.
